Our Story

Opening in 2021, BOCADO is a modern American casual bistro in the heart of downtown Pleasanton with exciting flavors inspired by a variety of cuisines from around the world. Owner Diego Castillo has spent his career working in and managing restaurants and now is sharing his talents and passion with the community! The bistro features a full menu complement of sweet and savory crepes, panini, sandwiches, ceviches, salads, coffee and espresso drinks, pastries, parfaits, and charcuterie boards and pairings with wine and beers. At Bocado, you will find a true diversity of flavors from a wide variety of cultures and cuisines.
